Operating Method:
① Place the rolled out pasta sheet on the ravioli maker press.
② Press the white press mold gently to create the grooves.
③ Fill the grooves with the filling scoop.
④ Place another sheet of pasta sheet to cover the filling.
⑤ Rolling Pin to roll and press the whole pasta sheet, and remove extra dough sheet.

I like making my own pasta Dow and wanted to dabble into ravioli making. This was a great start in the process and didn’t cost a lot to get into it so no harm no foul. Very easy to use just put your rolled out dough on it fill it add more dough and roll to shut. Cleanup is a breeze just a little soap water and bottle brush. For just starting out the size is just right.

Yes it sorta works. The quality is mot there, but its functional. I did observe that a spray of cooking oil on the form prior to placing each sheet, prevented sticking. Use a #2 not #3 setting on your pasta maker or the ravs are too heavy. Really really press on the roller..,or it will not cut. I think a larger, heavier rolling pin would be much better we made spinach ricotta filling. Delish!

Depite being washed a few times the ravioli maker press gives off a black residue on my hands and my pasta. Not sure what to do about this. I no longer have the packaging so I can't return it

I am extremely disappointed with this so called ravioli maker. It is poorly made with low quality materials. When I took it out of the box, the plastic mold was dirty and there is some kind of flattened slice of a dead - what look to be like a - potato bug. How there is just a slice, one will never know. Next we go to the part that shapes / designs the ravioli made from “alloy”. Judging from the looks of this, it is mostly aluminum and maybe zinc. I have my doubts that there is any kind of stainless steel in the mix. It is poorly done, especially for food grade, and you can see what looks to be like plastic underneath as they didn’t coat it to the edges of the shaper, which means it will start to flake off. Next up we have the little mold that folds in half. It does not fold with ease but rather feels like it is getting caught on itself halfway through the process, making it feel rickety. It is also made from what looks to be the least expensive stainless steel available. There is a small wooden dowel about (maybe a little less than) half of the length needed (I guess it’s a mini version of a pasta rolling pin). The crimper and remaining tools are all chrome plated plastic. And finally we have what looks to be a giant letter opener (that isn’t pointy) with Chinese writing on it. There is no way I can recommend this product due to the low quality and possible food safety issues.
