Firstly, this also comes with a little dumpling foldy-thing, which I did not see in the description. That is very exciting, I am looking forward to using it!It also came with a circle cutter thing that I also wasn’t expecting. I’m glad, I’ve been using a Mason Jar lid ring, this is much better!The ravioli thing that looks like spurs feels like good quality, it’s a little heavier than expected which I think may be because it is well made.The rolling pin is light weight and looks good.It came with a cleaning brush, and that’s cool, I didn’t have one when I needed it yesterday so I’m glad it came with this set.The ice-tray ravioli making thing is also heavier than expected, not flimsy like expected. It looks really good.Finally, there was a recipe book and I’m happy they included it.This set is way better than expected, and I think it is better than what could be expected at the price point. Go for it.

I made butternut squash/Italian sausage raviolis tonight. The ravioli frame worked well. It was the first time I used it, so I believe with practice, I will get even better results.First, make sure when you roll the pasta sheets that it will easily cover the frame. You will need to make little pockets so the filling will fit, so you need to make sure there is a little overlap. And dust the counter with flour so the raviolis don’t stick to your countertop.After placing the second sheet over the filling, fill the small roller in many directions. If the entire perimeter of each ravioli is not cut, carefully press with your fingers.After cooking 16 raviolis, 4 did not seal. I will try wetting the seals before rolling.Overall, I am very happy with the product. It is easy to use, easy to clean, the raviolis pop out for easy removal and it is a good value!I definitely recommend!

This ravioli mold does its job. It is simple and easy to use. For a novice like me it is also easy to overfill the mold. If any of my ravioli come apart while cooking, it'll definitely be my fault, not the mold manufacturer's.
