Usage:
1)YOU SHOULD SPRINKLE A SMALL AMOUNT OF FLOUR TO THE MOLD FOR YOUR DOUGH DOES NOT STICK.
2)One layer of dough is laid on the ravioli mold.
3)Optionally, meat, minced meat or mortar is added and the second dough is spread into the mold.
4)You can pass over with a roller pin from dought.

Not sturdy, plastic, doesn’t even lay flat! Returning. Don’t recommend it at all.

I’m Ukrainian and grew up making pelmeni with my mom in the summers all day long to freeze up in ziplock bags for quick dinners. I wanted to buy my own mold now that I have my own family. This mold is the biggest scam. The dough gets stuck and when you go to roll the top with your second piece of dough since the mold is made with thin plastic the plastic doesn’t imprint the little raviolis. So disappointed.

This is the worst product I think I ever bought on Amazon. They shoud block this seller from selling something this bad. It’s cheap and I mean cheap plastic and in the worst kind. I have purchased plastic products from a cheap establishment and even that was better quality than this is.

I bought the larger one few months ago and my ravioli came up too big. When i saw this one I had to buy it. I try it last week and they are the perfect size for me.
