this was overall a pretty easy range hood to install, but this is because I am good at installation. For some it may be a disaster because the instructions are horrible and do not tell you how to install the hood or which pieces do what. As some have mentioned the measurements are off and nothing is in inches. All is in cryptic metric? I'm not sure since there are numbers but they don't relate to anything. The template is off and can't be used to correctly measure for placement. If you are good with measuring and making your own template/adjustments on the fly you'll do ok. The fan and lights work fine as long as you can get them aligned correctly within the narrow cover. And make sure to think it true carefully since the instructions are mostly useless. 5 stars for looks and function, 1 star for instructions but the unit is worth 4 stars.

Mismatch sound levels mentioned in the product specification 65 dB vs product highlights 40 dB.In actual fan on we can't here from other room.The design issue is if fan on and light on, if you want to turn off fan , with still light on, there is no option for that. You need to turn off the entire system that mean fan and light will get off and then if you want you can on light only.Other issue is time display it only setting of 24 hours format no 12 hour format.

I bought this to replace my very old, 1989 hood. It fit perfectly after buying an adapter to go from the round exhaust to my old rectangular shaped exhaust pipe. My son installed it without any issues. It's very attractive and it works great. It's also A LOT quieter than my old antique hood.

It’s not a good quality one. It doesn’t absorb the oil and smoke very well. 35% of the smoke will go to ceiling.Save you money and buy something else.

This is a great vent hood for the price it performs great, the speeds are great. The ease of install ion was a little difficult from the instructions given you may want to know a little about what you are doing 😂. The led lights look great . I would buy it again

Suction power is great with not much noise . 9 speed is amazing . Easy to clean , light is just fine. My friend installed it for me with no need for extra tools. Installation instructions are clear and easy to follow. Appreciate the duct options so you don't have to worry about choosing right. It's wall-mounted and quite powerful. Lots of advantages, even some bells and whistles, but at the end of the day, it keeps the kitchen safe, which is most important. And its special features, like touchless response, are awfully handy, especially for busy chefs. It has a sleek design, so whether you're amateur or professional, you're kitchen is going to look top notch.
