I hurt my wrist peeling off the protective film, it’s worse than duct tape. It’s much louder than I expected-when cooking, you can’t hear anything even on level 1. Gesture feature works great, led lights are a nice bright color that you can dim. Overall it looks great, easy to use once installed but it’s loud-other reviews say it’s quiet but I disagree.Its a bit heavy and unless you have an outlet right there, you’ll have to cut the cord and hardwire it.I’d give it a 7/10

Great range hood with super suction power. Been using this for almost a year now. It's a great addition to your kitchen to remove any steam or smell while cooking out of your kitchen. I had minor issues with good where weird noise started coming from range, so I contacted manufacturer customer service for the issue. Jen from customer service responded right away next day and addressed the issue and sent new hood. Great communication and great customer service from Jane and also Hisohu.

I purchased this range hood to upgrade from my existing one and was thoroughly impressed with its exceptional power and surprisingly quiet operation. When I encountered installation challenges, the manufacturer's customer service team truly went above and beyond. They responded promptly, offered expert guidance, and even followed up with additional support to ensure I had everything needed for a successful installation.Although, due to the unique configuration of my kitchen's venting system, I was unable to complete the installation despite their best efforts. What really stood out, however, was the team's understanding and assistance. They made it seamless and hassle-free, showing a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.With great reluctance, I returned the product, but I highly recommend it due to its outstanding quality, affordable price, and exceptional after-sales support. I bought this hood fan a month ago. This is a great hood with excellent suction power. I love the removable grease filters. Fantastic features and easy to use. I am very pleased with Amazon Prime's customer service and with the vendor as well. This is a very nice range hood and installation was easy. Overall still satisfied with the hood and looks great! I really like the sensor featured in it suction is good value for money and doesn’t make too much noise.

I was looking for a range hood that had the most suction power and this one had by far the highest CFM compared to other ones I looked at. I used to have a microwave w/ a fan above my stove that probably sucked up only about 70% of the smoke and that's after I installed a "hood extender" to the bottom to catch the smoke. The microwave just wasn't strong enough and the big burners on my stove are in the front. Probably would have done a better job if the big burners were in the back but still probably wouldn't have captured all the smoke.This hood is so much more powerful and sticks out further and I would say even if I'm cooking on high heat and there's a lot of smoke this thing sucks up about 95% or more (on high level 4). I no longer see smoke up near the ceiling like I used to w/ my microwave fan.I also love the motion sensor. No need to touch the buttons if you have food on your hands, just wave across left or right to increase/decrease the power. And when you're done cooking and want to eat? Just set the timer to turn off automatically. And the lights are great to help you see your food even better. Not something I ever thought I'd need but once you have them you realize what you've been missing. And finally, I think it looks absolutely great above my stove and makes the kitchen look so much better.I had a contractor install it so can't say anything about the install. It's a bit loud on level 4 but to me it's a good tradeoff for the suction power. Levels 1-3 aren't too loud at all IMO.Oh, the fan covers are a bit too big to fit in my dishwashwer, but they're easy to remove and install and I just soak them w/ formula 409 for a bit and rinse them off, easy to clean.Think I covered everything, I'd definitely recommend this if you're looking for something that works better than your microwave or lower CFM range hood and want to upgrade the looks of your kitchen.

This is a very nice range hood and installation was easy.We installed approximately 24” above range.However the lower settings don’t seem to draw the steam as well into the hood, and the higher settings are a bit loud in my opinion. Maybe because we have open concept Livingroom/Kitchen.The sensor is nice but hood does turn on often when just walking by the sensors. I wish there was a control for sensitivity.Overall still satisfied with the hood and looks great!

Exhaust fan works great, easy to operate both manually and hands free. We have used it on several occasions and it removes all the cooking odors and smoke. Fan speed is adjustable and it’s also easy to clean. The finish is bright and elegant.

I’m changing my initial review because I had an initial issue with the unit but customer service has gone above and beyond to help solve it. It arrived well. I had it professionally installed. It looked sleek and the sensor option was nice but unfortunately only worked a couple times. I wrote an email to the manufacturer and they sent a replacement sensor. Response was quick and effective. You don’t see this quality of support anymore. I feel confident to recommend this product
