we like the truckers atlas. they are alot more detailed than the regular ones. we love to travel and like to get off the busy hyways and do back roads. easy to read.

You know what I'm saying, Google has put me in horrible situations pulling my RV. Plus, helps in determining where we can stop planning trips. Something else you can't do on Google maps.

There is a reason professional drivers rely on Atlas perand it would be a good idea for folks hauling their travel trailer and 5th wheel to have one on the seat next to them.

Very detailed and provided plenty of information but for our purposes, I decided to go with a foldable map that would be easier to tuck into the door pocket.

In tandem with a dedicated tablet (150 dollars from Costco) running Android Auto/Google Maps in Sat View mode, this atlas is the best alternative to anything in the 600-900 dollar range from Garmin, in my opinion. I have never enjoyed Garmin products their UX/Eco system is the price of a smart phone and 1/10th as usable.

Full time RV'er. Map highlight roads that CMV's are allowed to use. Shows both primary and secondary routs. It also show low bridge crossing and weight limits of roads in each state. Great backup to RV GPS. Also allows for quick route changes when needed.

All thats missing to make this perfect would be a spiral back . Other than that it's a really good road atlas These days with gps you may not need to rely on it as much. Still it's handy to get the big picture of where you're going and there's good information like bridge clearances ,etc. you can refer to as well

I actually loved that it was big. Nowadays we rely so much on phones and technology that we sometimes tend to forget that they can get damaged or lost or simply won't charge and we need to get from point a to point B. I use this for my drivers when they are on the road and can't find an easy route to their destination this map comes in very handy for truckers!!

Canada maps should show highlighted trucking routes the same as most states since it says it covers all of North America.

This is not useful to me in Canada. The additions of the Canadian Provinces seem like an afterthought. The extremely small print and lines make it too difficult to see details without a magnifying glass. The routes are highly limited to only the major highways. Since I live in BC, I KNOW there are many more truck routes than just major highways. This was a waste of money and the effort making the order. If you live in Canada and need a truck route map, this book is NOT it. This is a US centric truck route book. If you live in the US and need a truck route map book, the details in here are amazing, thorough and vast! I give two stars for the very good information for the US (the main) parts of the map book.
