This item is great for watering especially new lawns. Can water 2 areas at the same time or if needed, at different times. ON-OFF work as advertised. Used for 1 season with great success. No leaks and easy to use. Highly recommend

Very easy to use and program. Worked well throughout the first season, was exactly what I needed. Had a plumber disconnect when doing some work and left it under the faucet when he turned the water back on. I took it asap, removed the batteries to dry it out, but couldn't reprogram it. Contacted the company and they promptly sent a replacement. Couldn't be happier!!!

This was a relatively great system that allowed me to control two zones and set the watering frequency down to the hour. Disappointingly, it started malfunctioning after the return window closed and I can no longer count on it to water according to the cycle. Days go by when it doesn’t activate despite it being on. The orbit system is easier to use and more reliable.EDIT: Shortly after posting my review, Customer Support reached out to me to assist in remedying the issue I experienced with the product and my inability to return given the return window. I was very pleased that they sent a replacement product and assured me that the issue has been addressed. Time will tell if the product performs as expected but I am hopeful.

الجهاز مايصلح لاتضيع فلوسك من شكله تشوف انه جوده لكن للاسف اقفاله سيئه. مع انه طافي الا ان الماء يخرج من المخرجين. تبغى تايمر خذ الكهربائي افضل من اللي بالبطاريات.

These worked just as I had hoped they would for watering our raised beds. I bought four and all performed just fine. Programing them is not hard at all and they didn't require a battery change all spring, summer, or fall. I just took them down before our first freeze and they will be used again come next spring.

When I first got it I put in batteries and set up. A few months later when I then added it to my irrigation system it would not work and unable to program it. I called for tech support and they troubleshooted it with me and told me that they would send a replacement as nothing was fixable. The product arrived in a few days and when I put in batteries it worked as the first one had and I added it to my irrigation system. It has remained functioning ever since and was pleased with the service I got and the standing behind their product with replacement as promised.

It took a while to figure out how to set How Often to more than once per day. It turns out that when any settings are changed, the Start Time is reset to the first start time of the day. If additional waterings for the day had been scheduled, they won't happen that day and the next watering will be on the next day. The additional waterings will then follow correctly.For instance, at noon I set the Start Time to 6 am and How Often to 12 hours. No watering occurred at 6 pm that day. Waterings were as desired the next day. On another day I changed a setting at 2 pm. The 6 pm watering was canceled. I am now careful to change the settings after the last watering of the day.This trickiness may have been the cause one of the issues mentioned in a 2-star review. Also, it suggests to me that the software quality of the water timer is not the greatest. The (good quality) manual that I downloaded from the Amazon site did not mention this issue.I couldn't tell for sure from Amazon's product description what to expect in the shipment. I only received the water timer, in a plastic bag printed with "Ready to Ship" and only a barcode label. No Teflon tape or printed literature, such as a manual. Is that how the brand new product is shipped, or did I receive something less that that?
