Best I've ever own and last along time still have some from over ten years ago. They hold an edge, easy to clean, stay sharp. The first one I bought where at a church bake sale. Quality made products worth every penny.

This is a very lightweight knife, flimsy even. In a better version, only the blade is light and flexible, while the handle is solid and heavier. If you have weak hands or arms, this might be a good knife for you, but I've found that I need to give it a few swipes on the sharpening steel every time I use it just to get it to cut. Forget lovely thin slices of roasts/hams/turkeys. This knife just doesn't cut it, literally. Considering the low price, I probably shouldn't complain, but no matter how low the price, a carving knife should reliably carve meats.

This is the second set I've bought. Still use my first set for filleting fish. Perfect in the kitchen, even slices fresh bread!

Excellent purchase. The knife is sharp and I use it allot. Never seems to dull. Not dishwasher safe.

Items arrived quickly and in good shape. Knife holds edge well but only thing is it dulls quickly esp filetting fish. Excellent knife sharpener. Overall great products.

I haven't bought a Rada product yet that I wouldn't give five stars. I have a whole knife bar full of their knives, as well as a couple spatulas and other utensils. The price and quality can't be beat. I always go with the metal handles, and am careful about washing and drying them quickly so the handle doesn't discolor. But even if they do tarnish a little, I still like the look of them a lot more than the black handles. The Rada sharpener is easy to use to keep the knives sharp.I bought this to use as a filet knife for fish. We haven't had a chance to catch any fresh fish to try it out on yet, but it works great as a boning knife for meats.
