We used this knife to process chickens, and the tip bent on the first use. This knife isn’t reliable enough to cut through chicken cartilage. Returned for full refund.

I’ve had this knife for many years. The only reason I bought another was to give to my grandson for his college apartment. It arrives razor sharp and holds its edge, needing just an occasional touch with a sharpening steel. Versatile: it’s a mini chef’s knife, a pairing knife, even a steak knife. East to clean, and it has a comfortable and secure grip.

I was processing some fruit and found I needed a paring knife. But as a rule I don’t like paring knives in shape. I got this instead. Perfect size and shape. Came nice and sharp, easily made incredibly razor sharp on ceramic. Gets used a lot, way beyond what its name designation implies. Absolutely must have in sets of working knives in my opinion.

Butchered three rabbits with this. Used to bleed them and process. Razor-sharp blade and easy to maneuver. This is my new go-to blade.

This little knife if the sharpest, most useful knife I have ever had. Brillian for everything from chopping to peeling - I use it more than any other tool in my kitchen. So sharp that I cut myself twice in the first week after receiving it until I learned respect! Just brilliant - the perfect present for anyone's new kitchen
