A great knife in the field for cleaning a deer. needs to be re-honed about halfway through, but overall a great budget boning knife.

Good size, needs to be sharpened before use. You'll need a decent stone to get a proper edge. Once sharpend it's great.

I cleaned a brisket with ease with this. Better knife than my German steel (and nowhere near the cost). Grip is excellent, literally the perfect knife for prepping roasts.

I Loved the knife the first 3 days stayed sharp, after that it was hard to keep sharp. used it on over 30 beef. If you aren't commercial it's good and light and simple. If you're commercial, find a good sharpener.

You never know what to expect when buying knives. Cheaper often means just that. However, this is an exception. For the price, it was priceless. Used it to butcher a deer. Still sharp. I highly recommend this knife

It’s a nice addition to my collection of kitchen knives. It seems to hold a sharpening but I’ve not had it long enough to get a good handle on how it’ll hold up!
