I love this brand and have dozens of primers from them. This was clear with large gibs of white that even after long stir would not dissolve. Really disappointed , it went on but was a very light white and coverage was poor

The product is good but when I opened up the package the paint was already leaking out. That's because that's poor packaging. You should do a much better job for your consumers and your customers who actually purchased this at the cost that it is poor shipping

I have used this primer not only for furniture but also kitchen cabinet doors, it locks in any bleed through, it's scratch resistant after an hour and the adhesion is great! I've already purchased 5 cans this year alone

We have used this primer successfully on a number of projects with wood, including a garage door in an area outdoors that is hit by a fair amount of rain. The paint has held up well even without the Sherwin Williams Emerald top coat in Cotton White that we were going to use. Emerald has a primer in it, but we thought this Smart Prime covered better than expected and so far we haven't used the Emerald on the door. This Smart Prime may be a little thicker than some other primers, which might explain its effectiveness in comparison with other primers. Remember to stir it well. We have bought 9 cans of this over about 4 years and would buy it again

My husband and I recently painted our maple cabinets white. I did a lot of research and watch videos and this primer appealed the most to us. We thinned it using flotrol and then used a paint sprayer to apply the primer. We put 2 coats of this primer and waited 24 hours between coats. Then painted the cabinets with a Ben Moore paint. The paint went on very well. Very smooth and profession finish.
