My initial review had two stars but I've since updated based on the product use and incredible customer support. Opening the box is simple after making my initial cable pass thru hole. I'd suggest not trying to force the door open, but rather make a hole to alleviate the vacuum seal in the product.The product is located off shore now at a lighthouse and holding a solar charge controller and associated fuses. Absolutely perfect product for our needs. Well built, very nice mounting bracket options and strong construction. I'm a fan.
