I was disappointed at first because there were no included instructions. However, I messaged the seller through Amazon and they responded overnight with the instructions. It was pretty easy if you have ever assembled anything before. I think the key to it (and the instructions do not say this very well) is to keep every thing loose (not completely tightened) until you get everything in place. The brackets are solid and have plenty of room to move one way or another as needed. The first runner took me longer as I fought this, unknowingly. As I got to the second one it occurred to me to leave all loose until it was in place and not only did it install more quickly, it felt more flush without being forced. Good luck!

Using the existing brackets on our Jeep and the original screws/bolts, these lined up perfectly replacing a damaged running board. Those yellow poles at the gas station are unforgiving.

Upon trying to install the running boards the bolts go into the hole under the jeep. But when you tighten them they snap in half leaving part of the bolt still in the hole. When we used vice grips to get it out, the bolt piece was bending with the vice grips. So now I have to take it into a shop to rethread all the holes under so I can install running boards. I would honestly use different bolts if you can or even take it into a shop to rethread your jeep or install them professionally. I wish I would have spent more money to get better quality bolts with the running boards

Once you find the instruction (FYI they are not included in the box but a PDF of them can be found in the Amazon listing under "Additional Details"). Took about an hour to install and was very easy except I am not sure who was counting out the hardware because the quantities were off based on the instructions.

they fit well, the included brackets and hardware are junk. my steps arrived with the box having significant damage. to my surprise only 1 split washer was missing as the hardware bag was all loose in box. the brackets are thin and cheap. 1 stud was bent from shipping and broke off during installation. these will serve the purpose until I can get powered steps.

After buying these in July, I finally put these on. They took about an hour to install. I wouldn’t say they were the greatest, but they’re not the worst for the price.

Not many instructions but it was pretty easy to figure out how to put it together, it took less than an hour. Seems quite solid and looks like it will last for a long time.
