They say these hold 500 lbs. I wouldn't try with the brackets they give you for install. Overall they look good and will work fine for me. They provide all the hardware needed to install them. The directions are a bit vague but if you have common sense, you'll be fine. Hopefully they hold up as good as the ones I replaced with these. I recommend them, especially for the price.

Everything I needed was supplied. Instructions were missing but it was a straight forward install @ 2 hammers out of 5. Five hammers would be a hard install. It took me less than 45m to install.

If you have a 2007-2013 these running boards are perfect better than the lame factory ones. I only had a small issue installing but other than that u can knock it out in thirty minutes easy driveway project. Gives truck a different look very sturdy comes with all the hardware. The directions are great. Worth every penny penny
