This is an awesome company! I ordered the 70 resistance and it was too much. I e-mailed the company and asked if I should return the product, wait for a refund and order the 30 resistance. They said that were sending me the 50 resistance free of charge and to keep the 70 resistance so I can hopefully use that one in the future. They also said that if the 50 was still too high for me to e-mail them and they would see what they could do for me. The 50 resistance is perfect! They were right and know exactly what they are doing. I would give more than 5 starts if I could. I cant say enough good things about this company. I have been spreading the word to all my friends and family members as well. This company has a customer for life. Bravo!

I like this product. Well made and springs are plenty strong. I got the highest weight and find it to be a challenge. Really gives you a good chest workout. Booklet and support pad are provided showing a multitude of other workouts possible, from back to abs to triceps. It's not only for the pecs

I initially got the 50-pound one because I didn't want to overdo it. While it had a decent amount of resistance, it wasn't enough for me to get a solid workout in. I contacted the company on the provided card and they responded in less than a day, saying they would ship me the 90-pound unit. Not only did they send me the unit without any additional charges, but they also let me keep the 50-pound unit AND paid for expedited shipping. This is definitely the best customer service I've seen on Amazon. The unit itself is sturdy, well-made, and provides a decent chest workout. It's also great for triceps and biceps, so I'll definitely be adding it to the routine. Thanks again to the company!

Bought 90 resistance and found it to be a great unit. It is well built, it works you out, it basically does what seller states. I liked the first one so much, I bought 70, and 110 resistance ones, worth the money in my opinion

Sono un ex abituale frequentatore delle palestre, dopo il covid ho deciso di allenarmi in casa ed avevo bisogno di qualcosa da associare al tapis roulant per mantenere il tono muscolare. Devo dire che sono pienamente soddisfatto, si possono allenare diversi gruppi muscolari con un singolo attrezzo senza ingombro. Avevo ordinato la versione da 30 kg e, quando ho fatto presente al venditore che forse avrei fatto meglio, almeno inizialmente, ad ordinare quella da 20 kg, lo stesso me ne ha spedito uno nuovo senza chiedere la restituzione del precedente. Davvero utilissimo così perché ci sono esercizi dove è preferibile usare i 30 kg, altri il 20 kg. Lo consiglio!

The best part of this product is you can just pick it up and get at it. You can get creative and use it for different exercise variations or just stick to basic use. Either way you choose, you will feel it if you're putting in the work. The tension coils can sometimes get a little imbalanced on one side, but that's an easy fix. Just flip it and do another set to offset the slight resistance variation. I've seen and felt results with regular use, which I was happy to see. Because I was definitely skeptical of this when I bought it and was hoping it wasn't a waste of my money.

When I first took this out of the box my first thought was that I had purchased a toy but, after trying it out, I could feel some burn mostly in my biceps so I decided to keep it.I work out with weights and use this device on chest day. It may or may not produce some benefit to chest development. It’s hard to say since I’m adding it into a weight lifting workout.It comes with a chart showing a variety of exercises most of which I don’t take seriously. I use it exclusively as a chest expander.As far as using this device as your sole exercise equipment, definitely not.It IS noisy.I’m a hard gainer especially in my pec muscles so I’ll try anything that might help. If you’re in that same boat go ahead and give it a try. It can’t hurt and it might help.
