I stay in hotels fairly frequently and I thought this would be good to carry along. It is a good size and design. It is pretty sturdy, but there are a few exercise where it is just not comfortable.

I just bought this item specifically to work on my chest after my bench press exercises and flys and the product definitely engages the chest, but a problem I had was that the handles you hold on to actually dig into your forearm while you do the exercise and is very in comfortable and for some people might actually hurt, it’s not a bad product but definitely needs work to make the product more comfortable
