I absolutely love this!! I was actually able to help someone else this past week & she loved it and asked how she could get one. It is small enough to keep in your purse or a large pocket. I have spent several minutes going down isles to find someone to help me get something I can't reach, and I don't have to anymore!! I'm going to order more to have on hand and give to my fellow short friends:)

I work for a grocery store stocking. This product puller has made my life easier. The puller allows me to pull product from the top shelf with ease. It’s come in handy in other situations where I couldn’t reach an item. Will definitely recommend

I really liked this. It was compact and extended just the right length. Used it maybe 10 times and then it fell apart. Went to extend it and it literally separated. All the sections just fell apart. Not really worth trying to get another one if the next one will do the same thing.

I love the size. It fits in my pocket. The one thing I don't like it spins at the end. Could be made a little thicker to keep it from bending. Would like to see a two bent prong that could be interchangeable to pull differ things like small boxes like mac and cheese or jello. It would make it easier to pull, or a long hook

I'm a grocery store worker and this thing is legit one of those "why didn't I think of this" items that I absolutely need to have as part of my work equipment now. I have bought I think 6 or 7 by now. I've notice each one can last from 3 - 6 months depending on usage. Very sturdy and strong for pulling big containers of juice or and boxes milks. I'm actually pissed off because now I have to keep buying them or else I feel naked at work. Such a useful tool! I swear by it.

Love the idea and it works, however a single can of soup bent it and bending it back every time worked for about 2 months until it just fell apart.

Wish there was a way to prevent the arm from spinning so many time I run into the issue of it just spinning around instead of actually doing what I need it to do but when it does actually work holy cow for such a little flimsy tool it can surprisingly pull down a decent amount of weight by that icmean like maybe 10lb give or take overall its meh so far best for what I use it for due to it being so compact its easy for me to have it in my pocket while working
