How can you love vacuum accessories? I do! We have 2 Golden Retrievers and area rugs on a wood floors, drapery panels and all the furniture that loves dog hair. With the powerful powerhead, I can easily adjust the height to run over the different rugs and it sucks the hair up more than any vacuum I've tried, even the Beam accessories (but it's like a Beam). It also doesn't scratch the wood floor with the powerhead and works wonderfully. With the different attachments, I can do the drapes, baseboards, floors and furniture. I love my pups and don't love the tumbleweeds of hair rolling across the floor and on every surface of our home.I saw another review that reduced her rating because of the attachment holder. Yes, maybe it could be redesigned, but honestly, that doesn't matter to me.

I bought this kit to go with my central vacuum that stopped working after 25 years. After 6 months, the head stopped working. I took it to a local vacuum repairman and he said there was a short in the hose. I contacted Prolux through email and they got back with me in just a few minutes, asking how long I had it and what the order number was. I answered and they immediately got back with me and said the replacement hose would be in the mail by the next day.... WHAT?!! We got it and it works perfectly. Amazing.

The power kept cutting in and out. Also, the height adjustment mechanism didn't work. It was a piece of junk, so I returned it.

The hose is an excellent replacement or if you just want to have one on the second floor of your house so you are not lugging it back and forth. I highly recommend this product and I have had it for almost a year and am very happy with the productMy only comment is for the company the created the kit to design and add more pockets for the storage caddy. See pics. Not bad could be better. Just FYI.Thumbs Up!

Only used one time so far. It came with no instructions at all. No mounting hardware for the hose caddy (made of very cheap plastic). The accessory bag barely held the tools, and not all of them. It either needs more or deeper pockets or both. There was no hardware to mount or hang this bag either. One of the pieces included I simply could not figure out its use.The first time I connected the carpet accessory, I did not secure it properly (again, no instructions), and it blew dust everywhere!It is a nice collection of tools. I hope they last. Seems all to be made of inexpensive plastic.
