Had a zippo and was very disappointed at how quickly the fuel evaporated. This lighter, on the other hand, comes with a rubber seal. I refill once every two months where, with my zippo, it was weekly, even though it holds maybe 4x the amount of fluid. And it is TINY. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought two of these. One silver and one brass. I absolutely love them. I carry the brass one with me everyday as an EDC pocket lighter and have never had an issues with the seal leaking or being out of fluid. They are about the size of a chapstick but they last plenty if you aren’t a smoker. Great for emergency.Highly recommend at least picking up one

Love love love this thing. I went camping a while back and somehow forgot literally all my fire lighting equipment, and as I was thinking how in the world I was going to start a fire I decided to open up a beer with my bottle opener on my keychain. Lo and behold right there sitting on my keychain next to my bottle opener was this bad boy. The mini lighter to save me. With delight I untwisted it off the keychain, struck it a few times to get a spark going and boom. Fire. I could light up the kindling and have my perfect camping BBQ. Love this thing, its great and I highly recommend it.

I got this for my step-dad whom is a technician and he found it incredibly useful for heat shrinking wire covers due to it's small size its able to get in harder to reach areas.

I consider this lighter of high quality. This is a really good one. I collect and use Zippo which can be hit or miss with fit. This insert is precisely machined to have a smooth, slip fit with the right amount of tightness that likely won't change or wear out over time. This lighter feels solid with an ample amount of brass and lights up just like a zippo except this has a welcoming smaller flame. No problems with overheating or getting too hot to hold. It seals well and should hold fluid without any evaporation at all. That's a change! No need to carry around a bottle of fluid. It came with extra flints, o-rings, and a cleaning brush. I would for sure recommend this.As a tip, if you want the o-rings to last a very long time on this or any other item, apply a light coat of silicone grease. You can find it very cheap at local HW store near plumping parts.

This is a reliable fire maker that is a good backup for a lighter if you don’t like using Ferro-rods. I just wish they offered a titanium shelled option as I find the brass outer shell to be needlessly heavy. I really like the way the shell seals tightly so that the lighter fluid cannot evaporate over time and how easy it is to operate. It is only limited by the amount of lighter fluid it can hold.

After less than 6 months the internal lighter part has now become loose in what is basically the outer case. The internals just rattle around now. Very poor design. Only friction originally held them in the correct place. The screw on cap does not hold the internal’s securely. Considering going through the pain of returning it.

I have it since more than a month and wanted to know if it would keep is fuel.. After around 2 month on a single charge i still light it weekly to see when it will fail.. I plan to use it as an emergency back up once that test is over. It doesnt leak after i gave it a swiming brake in the bathtub (everybody need a break sometime right). Light well and consistently but more suseptible to wind than a regular zippo.However a nice back up that come with spare wick and flint.

This little lighter is surprisingly solid and works very well. I don't smoke and have never carried a lighter, but there have been times that I needed one. This little guy does the trick and lights on the first try every time. It has a rubber seal on the cap and it remains to be seen how long the lighter fluid lasts, but I expect it to last a month with minimal use.I recommend it as an occasional use lighter.
