Purchased these to hold down work on my CNC. I liked these versus others originally because they are plastic and I have accidentally cut through clamps before. Well, the first one I used broke fairly easy with the same amount of clamping force I typically use for my workholding.These almost act like springs while they are being tightened down and eventually will just shear in half if tightened too far. I haven't had issues since the first one but I also don't use these that often now due to the lack of clamping force I can achieve.

These fit great in my Shark HD4 tracks. Just make sure to watch the height as the screws are a little bit long. Nice and durable.

Use these clamps on all my work bench flush mounted 3/8 X 3/4 inch T-tracks. Come in handy for all sorts of tool clamping, routering you name it. Highly recommend these.

Bought some coarse thread 1/4 bar and added some nuts and a under-bench lump to easily use this underneath the workbench which is about 2 inches thick, making the 4" bolts no good. A longer bolt means more winding on, but definitely easier than installing T track. Note the unusual/quick thread pitch.
