kind of annoyed these dont come standard with all CNCs instead of those obnoxious bolts + washers + butterfly nuts. they clamp down quickly and easily and hold everything down firm. I bought 2 sets so i have 4 clamps total for my 3018. right now, i will never not use this type of clamp.

Die sehr teuren Klemmen sind mit Nutensteinen ausgestattet, die nicht überall passen. Vielleicht auf so Tischschienen, aber nicht in eine T-Nutenplatte von CNC-Maschinen wie z.B. Isel. Aber es gibt ja andere Steine zu kaufen. Gemacht, getan... Steile mit gefederter Kugel gekauft, die Gewindestange umgesetzt und mit einer Made gegen Verdrehen gesichert. So kann man am Knauf drehen, ohne daß sich die Gewindestange rausdreht oder sich in der Platte verklemmt. Die Klemmen sind schön flach, man kann auch erhöhte Platten klemmen, bei denen man durchfräsen muß. Halten sehr gut und werden sicher lange ihren Zweck erfüllen. Leider nur in silbrig / Alu-Natur erhältlich, nicht in rot. Dennoch sehr teuer für so China-Ware.

Purchased for use on a Micro-Mark mini-mill. I suspected the T-nuts would be too small for my application, and planned to make new ones. I've attached some pictures clearly showing the dimensions so you can decide if these will work for you without modification.The threaded rod is M6-1.00. The T-nut is designed for an 8mm groove. The base of the T-nut is just under 16mm square and 6mm thick.For my intended use, it was a simple matter to make new T-nuts. I'm very pleased with these clamps.

These clamps were made for the machine, not just some sort of generic product. The packaging was above and beyond. They work very smoothly.It's pretty expensive for a tiny set of clamps but at the end of the day you won't be disappointed. Aligning a 3018 is already enough of a pain. The last thing you want to be doing is fiddling around with clamps that require a screwdriver or worrying about taping stuff down.

Bought the 3018 Pro milling machine as an introductory tool to milling "bigger" things. The DIY project went together very nicely and ran the samples supplied with ease. What I didn't really care for the the clamping system supplied for the "Y" axis for many reasons I'll not go into here. I found these hold-down clamps advertised in their brochure and decided to try them. I use a lot of purchased and home made clamps for "T" gigs for metal and woodworking and have some much larger that wouldn't work with this smaller surface. The clamps arrived on time and in a very well protected holder for storage. They are very well made and worth the money, buttttt- now for a minor problem to dampen the glory. They have a spring that holds the center of the clamp up while adjusting and tightening the clamp, this was an annoyance as the spring would flex under the clamp and get into the threads of the clamp bolt preventing it to be tightened down any further until it was pulled out of the threads. The spring is tapered with the large end sitting against a nylon washer under the clamp arm. To eliminate the problem I machined shoulder washers for the two clamps that keep the spring centered on the screw and moved the nylon washer to the top just under the star nut. Works great and I'm sure you can find shoulder washers online if you want to do the same. Was just a little more fun and experience making my own!. FYI, the screws are M6x1 thread.

I bought them to use with a 3018 Pro mini CNC machine. They set up and adjust very easily. Very nicely machined, no rough edges, good finish work. I bought a single pair to try them , will be ordering a second pair so I can have 4 for larger pieces of stock. I highly recommend.

They are designed for small machines as indicated by the description. If you have a small machine you are also aware that height clearance is vital. These clamps have a nice and low profile that is needed for using a small machine and they are many times better than the various makeshift clamps I made previously. I have since bought a second set and now only need to use these.

Not actually used them yet for any real work. But they look and feel great and I'm confident they will be very good. Nice finish and attention to detail.

ほかのレビューにもありますが、バネ天面のナイロンワッシャが溝に食い込んで動きが悪くなることがあります。同じ大きさの金属製のワッシャにすると良いですが、そもそもバネは不要なので取ってしまったほうがいいと思います（そのほうが、力がかかっていないときにナットが軽く回せるので使いやすい気がします）。また、メインの縦のネジと、下部のＴ型の部品とが固定されておらず、ネジが抜けます。ポンチでかしめるなどして固定したほうがいいです。僕は瞬間接着剤を付けて固定しました。

I like the ease of use with these fasteners, but wish they had a lower price. They fit well in the plate grooves for a better hold.
