I have never had a clamp bend under it's own clamping force. These clamps are not strong enough to secure a 1" thick panel to my crosscut sled that has a T-track. Attempting to get it tight enough to secure anything to my sled results in the clamp bending itself until it no longer functions as a clamp.I have had some low-quality clamps in my day- namely anything I have purchased at Harbor Freight, but these take the cake as the worst clamps I have ever owned.I would NOT recommend these clamps. Any other brand is better.

I wish these were more durable. They bend too easily and eventually break, even when you don't lock them down tight.

These work great but bend very easily and the adjustment knob takes longer then I would like to get screwed in. Wish I would’ve spent the few dollars more for the quick clamp version but overall it works good!

I bought these to help hold the ACS430 Kreg track stable when using my Kreg track saw. For this, they work marvelously. They are kind of cheap feeling and have a sticker on them that says don’t clamp too tightly, but it doesn’t take much pressure to hold this track in place. As opposed to what other reviewers have said, mine slide freely up and down the T-track and have worked as expected. For $18, I don’t see how you can go wrong as long as you aren’t planning on using them to put max clamping pressure on something.

I purchased this item because I needed to clamp a piece of equipment to a table. A regular C clamp would obstruct the equipment, so I looked for a flat C clamp. This works really well. If you're interested I have a tabletop yarn skeinwinder that tended to move around the table. This clamps it to the table and still allows it to turn smoothly.

The clamps are too deep for the hardness of the metal. It is VERY easy to bend them. I suspect bending them back will significantly shorten the life of the clamp. These are useful if you NEED the depth, and DON'T NEED to clamp firmly.
