Had a hard time adjusting the auger cable,auger stays running,the metal skids make it hard to push on concrete sidewalks,needs to be replaced with maybe nylon skids,brand new out of box now I have to figure how to mount different skids on this machine

I used the snow thrower to clear 3” of dry snows and it felt like I was pushing through a mound of snow. The snow thrower glided through the snow about every 4 paths. All the other times I had to physically push with a lot force to move the snow. At times, I used my thigh to push the snow blower to get through the 3” of light snow. I am totally disappointed and frustrated with this product. I would not recommend this snow thrower at all. It was a very bad purchase.

Liked the electric start, did not like that the machine left marks on my driveway.....button does not work to turn lights off and on....

I returned this the day after it was delivered. Box seemed to be retaped. Snow blower had damage to it. Oil had leaked out into the entire box , all over the machine. I was very disappointed.

The unit is easy to use and prep. Electric start worked fine and easy to assemble the various loose parts. Added oil and like it is regular gas without oil add to the gas. The blade seem narrow but will not know until snow arrives and see how it preforms then.
