Dislikes: NONE!LIKES:This is one of the best external USB Hubs I have ever used! I love it! It self-installs once connected to a computer USB port, it comes with the required USB cable and the 12V power adapter to get you set up and using your new USB Hub very quickly. It's plug and play, no external software needed or required. All 11 USB ports {7 USB 3.0 ports, 4 USB high-power charging ports} are powered on this hub, making it ideal for all your computer's external devices, as well as the 4 charging ports, that are high-powered and may cut your charging time of cell phones and other rechargeable, battery operated devices more efficient and quicker. I also purchased an external DVD Reader/Writer and a Toshiba external 2TB Hard Drive to use with this device, as well as swap all my computer's external devices currently in use to this new powered hub. Everything now works faster with my computer with this hub. It was money well spent for it.One word of warning, DO NOT use the 4 charging ports to connect external computer peripherals too, it may and possibly could damage them. Only use the 7 USB ports, marked with USB 3.0 for any external devices, the charging ports are marked with a lightning bolt symbol and also all ports on this device are switched with their own power button for each port, the USB 3.0 buttons will illuminate blue when on, the 4 high power charging ports will light up red when switched on. The charging ports are specific for charging rechargeable items, such as your cell phone, rechargeable toys for children or pets, I charge my cat's Laser Toy with this hub, on a standard wall adapter it takes over 4 hours to charge this cat laser toy to full, on this hub, it charged it to a full charge between a half-hour to 45 minutes at most. It charges my wife's cell phone in about an hour on a low power percentage 30%-45%, on the adapter that came with her phone it can take sometimes up to 8–10 hours before it reaches it's 100% charge at those power levels. With this hub, she can charge her phone much faster and be back to taking it with her in usually about 30 minutes to an hour. Your results may be different as charging times depend on condition of battery/batteries in a phone or how low the power percentage rate may be, lower percentages may take a little bit longer, but still faster than the original adapter that came with her phone!Or use with other devices that require a recharge when running low on power. My results have been really awesome with this hub for rechargeable items I use frequently.I can definitely recommend this hub, I love this powered external hub and recharging station so much I am seriously considering buying a 2nd one and replacing the old outdated 2.0 hub that only has 3 powered USB 2.0 ports and 4 computer powered 2.0 USB ports. This hub is a great value for the money. And if you have an Amazon Prime Membership, also highly recommend if you do a lot of shopping and buying from Amazon, as shipping is much faster and usually always 100% FREE as long as the seller is part of the Amazon Prime family. Well worth the meager monthly fee for being a Prime Member. I know I've gotten some great deals on pricing by being a Prime Member on Amazon and have already save over hundreds of dollars on shipping fees alone. I always look for the Prime sellers on Amazon for the best pricing and special deals that sellers offer.Again, this 11 port external USB Powered Hub is a very wise investment for the money spent, 7 powered 3.0 USB ports and 4 high-power USB charging ports. You just can't go wrong with this external powered hub! I am extremely pleased with it. Far outreached my expectations.

this is my first review on amazon so hopefully this helps yall out. i'll try to go as in depth as possible.Using this in tandem with a usb c 3.0 to usb a 3.0 adapter on a 2019 Macbook Pro.Solid build. I've had several other usb 3.0 hubs that broke on me, but this one seems like it will hold up well to time.Cables are appropriately long and feel relatively solid.I do creative media (audio video editing/producing) on a regular basis, soI ran speed tests using a samsung usb 3.0 flash drive, and Blackmagic Design Disk speed test software found that there IS a slight latency, but it's unavoidable and not really the hub's fault as it comes from adding an extra device between your computer and your device. But the latency was extremely negligible and considering that I had multiple other things plugged into it, such as my keyboard, mouse, and webcam, I'd say this hub performs very well.I also ran Amperage analysis software from an android phone and results were pretty good. It isnt going to charge my phone faster than a dedicated "fast charging" 3amp brick, but it actually did end up performing better than the standard 1.2amp charger brick which was surprising.Regarding the size of this thing, it is fairly bulky, so I wouldn't take it traveling, especially when power outlet access is limited, as it requires external power. But I think I will start taking it to recording sessions with a band I've been working with, where I need lots of usb ports and performance is important. So this thing will be really really good for using at home where you need lots of ports and if you prioritize external power, but not really good for use on the go.That's not to say this is bad for space management however. Previously, I was using two separate usb 3.0 hubs that had 4 ports on each, and after replacing both of them with this one, I actually have more room on my workstation. Now for the "issues" I found with the hub. firstly, when nothing is plugged into the hub, and all the switches are turned off, there is a slight high pitched noise that comes from the ac transformer plug (this is common with transformers without some sort of coating on the transformer coil). Now this isn't a big issue because I had to put my ear like a foot and a half away from it to hear it (and I have very sensitive ears), and also, I will always have stuff plugged in to the hub and I'll constantly be using it, so the noise won't exist 99.9% of the time. The second "issue" I have is that the switches on the hub aren't total disconnects. Theyre wired so that the power supply is cut for that specific usb port, and normally that will disconnect whatever device is plugged in. But in the case of devices that are already externally powered, the switch wont disconnect it (i noticed this when I tested my multitrack recording studio mixer, which is externally powered). But then again, this isn't necessarily a downside, as it doesn't diminish the functionality of my equipment, and this only applies to devices with external power which is not too common. So overall, this is a very good usb hub. The 4 chargers are useful for when I want to charge my phone without connecting it to my laptop, and the 7 usb ports all work at good speeds, especially for a usb hub with this many ports. It seems pretty sturdy so I expect to use this for a long time. If it does fail on me then I'll be sure to update the review but I really don't expect that to happen, considering how solid it feels.Would definitely recommend this to heavy users that need a lot of power and lots of usb ports. It's a good all in one solution. My setup:usb ports-Mechanical keyboard, mouse, camera, backup hard drive, midi piano keyboard, Audio Interfacecharging ports- Camera power supply, laptop cooling fan, phone charger
