Finally a true USB hub that works.Over the years I have tried so many cheap multi port USB hubs that had failing connection, computer lag and many other issues. This actually feels like a quality made product and it runs all my USB hardware. The only downside is that strangely, it did not include a power source. This one works perfectly:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z14JJX6?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

Having received the 10 port USB 3.0, l was disappointed that it did not include the 2-wire 7-24V DC power source. I had to acquire it from Amazon US. l thought the product was all-inclusive, unfortunately not.Asked how this product performed is a stretch since I'm still waiting on the power source. However, this 10 port hub is expensive, l have to admit, so having all the operational components in the box is a given & should not be an extra money-making venture. I'll report further when l receive the power source.

No issues so far other than it seems a bit expensive for a 3.0 hub. Power brick is bulky, expensive and appears to be a proprietary connector. Not sure why they couldn't use a barrel jack or a usb power cable.Could be coincidence but I have noticed my usb devices acting less flaky which is good. Kind of hard to recommend it though with the price tag it is at. Mostly got it so I could mount under my desk.

I run these hubs in an industrial environment, where a bulk store hub wouldn't last a week, and have never had a failure.

Wow, it's too band everyone can't make a product this well built. Nicely done! Built like a tank. Works great. A bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. Using this in a production web cam environment with multiple cams plugged into it.

Nicely made, but be aware that this hub does not come with an AC adapter. It uses DC line power-- not for typical home usage.

Oh thank God someone finally made a 10-port USB 3.0 hub. I have used Moxa hubs successfully for years, but they don't have one this fast or this big. Like the Moxa, everything just works, unlike stupid consumer-grade hubs that give you nothing but grief. And YES, you DO have to purchase a separate power supply! (Get over it, they are cheap.)

Very well made. Much more appropriate choice that all those cheap hubs if you need a rugged, dependable hub. I bought several for my workplace. We are constantly unplugging and plugging in devices.

I just replaced an Anker 10-port hub with the StarTech 10-port hub after the Anker didn't work with my keyboard or Samsung T3 SSD. I'm happy to report that the StarTech works great with all my devices. The construction is extremely robust. USB insertion force and retention are good. I am using this as a desktop (table placed) hub rather than as a DIN mount. Of course aesthetically it is not designed nor advertised for this, but it was more important for me to have perfect functionality rather than aesthetics. I was concerned about the height, but it works fine. The product placement photo is a weird aspect ratio and the product looks higher than it actually is.Note that you need to provide your own power supply and that power supply needs to be rated for at least 100 W! I knew this before buying it, and had to chop up an old power supply and make my own cable to power the hub. Obviously I would rather just purchase a 10-port USB 3.0 hub that was designed for desktop use, but I couldn't find one that worked perfectly. All ports are rated at 1.5 A and I do have some devices that can charge at up to 2.1 A. With the cost of this unit and the hassle of making my own power supply I would have preferred that all ports could go up to 2.1 A. However, I'm still giving 5 stars because in this great world of consumer choice I not been able to find a functionally flawless USB 3.0 hub until now.

This hub met my expectations, and worked with all the peripherals we tested it with. I'd rate it higher if it wasn't so expensive. I did not test the power-delivery capability, since my application is all about communicating with many peripherals that all have their own mains power. One feature I particularly like is the +12VDC input connector... it's easy to substitute a different 12 V supply to use the device in a "CE" system with IEC power connectors.
