This thing just showed up, needed it asap to fix a shower drain. Says it does up to 25ft. It goes about 12 inches and then and wont put out any more line right out of the box..

My kitchen sink was draining slow and backing up when the other side was used. I did my typical go to, which was vinegar, dish soap, baking soda and rinse with hot water to unclog the drains; however, this trick did not work this time. So I got the Populo electric snake drain and it worked good. We did not want to drill holes into our sink baskets in order to install the end of the snake. So we unscrewed the pipes and while they were still a little gunky after my trick, there was not a clog in them at first look. This meant it had to be in the main pipe drain. We then took the snake and put into that pipe and pulled out a stuck straw and some other gunk. We put everything back together and all has been draining fine since.I am so happy that this cordless snake saved us a call to the plumber, which saved us some money. We are happy about that. We also like that the machine does the work, unlike the crank versions. The toilet attachment is also nifty to have when our toilets back up. The case is heavy duty and handy to put the snake and its attachments in.

What a useful tool!!! Bought it to have around the house. One week after purchase, it was used for the first time to unclog a sink and our plumber friend was VERY impressed! Said it saved him about 2 hours worth of work. Since then, it has been used 4 more times at other various locations and keeps getting rave reviews. Easy to use and does a great job! Would definitely buy again!

I have only used this auger once and it has already paid for itself. The unit is less than the cost of a plumber visit.I have a bathroom sink drain that clogs (for unknown reasons) annually. I have tried had augers, plungers, chemicals and usually end up calling a plumber, They come with a more professional, heavy duty machine and easily unclog the drain, but at a price.I bought this auger hoping that I could eliminate the plumber visit. I did, and while this is one of those tools that I hope I never have to use, it is definitely cost effective to have.It's easy to use and I would recommend to anyone who is handy around the house.

This Populo Cordless Drain Cleaner is an efficient and convenient tool! I used it to clear drains in both my bathroom and kitchen, and the results were beyond expectations. I bought this Populo 25FT Cordless Drain Auger to tackle a clogged kitchen sink, and it worked like a charm! I really like this drain Auger. It is not very heavy and works like a charm. Every homeowner should have one of these at home to periodically clean all the drains in the home to keep them clear and clean as a quarterly preventative measure or for when there is a blockage. Tried it on one of our bathroom sinks that was taking long to drain and this cleaned it right out. I have not tried the toilet attachment yet but I am very confident this will make short work of a clogged toilet. Quick charging and battery lasts a good amount of time.

I have a corded version of this but the cable not only doesn’t go all the way thru easily, it also scratches the toilet finish. I decided to get this one which has the toilet extension instead of a thicker snake to snake a basement toilet which doesn’t get much use. This one was easy to set up and I wasn’t sure cordless would have enough power but it cleared the clog easily. I then used it to run thru couple of basement sinks which have been draining slow and what a difference now. Saved a bunch of money doing it myself.
