I was looking for an inexpensive mosquito net to fit my Mercedes Sprinter Van, this takes a small amount of fiddling, but 100% gets the job done.

While I've only recently acquired this and haven't thoroughly tested it yet, I'm genuinely satisfied. Installing it on my 2020 Ford Transit 350 mid-roof passenger version was a breeze, providing excellent privacy with a clear outdoor view. The construction appears sturdy, but it's a bit early for a comprehensive durability assessment. The setup takes merely two minutes, and it seems well-designed to effectively keep bugs at bay while maintaining visibility. Unlike screens permanently tucked under weather stripping, this one offers easy installation and removal. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be the addition of magnets below the zipper to address a slight gapping issue. Currently, I need to apply tension when zipping it up, but the inclusion of extra magnets allows for potential self-adjustment.

I ordered this as my dog and I car camp a lot and I'm always opening and closing the windows to allow air in, as it can get quite humid when sleeping in a car all night especially with all those blankets and pillows etc...and a dog's breathing.lol This allowed me to keep the back hatch open, on my kia soul 4U, (which is almost a square shape like the van door in the photos) and sleep comfortably without getting eaten alive by mosquitos. It also made for great relaxing afternoons, while laying reading a book or just taking in the ocean views. It was nice to feel as though we had a barrier to what was outside and yet felt nice and cozy on the inside.Although I didn't use it for the exact car specified, it worked for me. Of course this measured a little bigger but I managed to make it work through folding/ pleating the ends in, sort of doubling up on them and pinning and using double sided tape and some velcro strips, that were easily removable from the inside of my vehicle when we were finished camping. I did also use this with magnetic stips adhered to the inside of my vehicle. I just had to life the bottom of the net up so bugs didn't fly in through the bottom. It was a bit of a process, but well worth it, once I figured out a way to get it all working for me.Honestly, this could be used in so many ways that I feel just having it, gives me such a range of choices as to how comfortable I want to be when I'm outdoors or road tripping through the country side or national parks. I don't know if they will ever make them small enough for cars like a kia soul 4u so this is the next best thing, you just need to modify it in certain ways and it will work. I will not always own a Kia soul 4u so the size of this, will allow me to work with whatever vehicle I get next.As for the material. This is a thicker mesh. I didn't find that it would easily tear and I had a dog and we were going in and out of the vehicle a lot. This remained up and so it is definitely durable. Should last a few seasons at least. Seems well sewn together and its' effectiveness is on how well and tight you manage to put it up and adhere it. :)Overall, worth a try, you can never go wrong with mosquito nets, ever!! Especially when in the woods or sleeping outdoors or in a vehicle.
