Very frustrating. Missing a customer deadline because only x1 trim showed up and the description says x5. Amazon provided AP Products contact info, so I called and emailed them. They said they have nothing to do with the order and it's from a third party. No other options are available other than returning the item with Amazon. I should have read the reviews. Everyone else had the same issue. Strongly recommend staying away from this one.... Frustrated is an understatement.
