Trying to figure out which end is up and down and where the pad goes. Very unclear. Not easy. Wish you had a video. . I wish you had better instructions. Was pretty uncomfortable until I bent the metal piece I’ll see how it does.

I've only had to wear them a handful of times at night while I slept and it provided a lot of relief!I was skeptical and worried this wouldn't be enough to treat it, but I am so pleased to say it actually did! Just do yourself a favor and order a pair. A great price for what they can do!

Wear it according to the instructions, it's very comfortable, no foreign body sensation, I wore it to bed for the first week, my plantar discomfort has improved significantly, and I could climb the whole mountain the day before yesterday without any problem. So I highly recommend it!

I was really frustrated that the generic size of a night splint to treat plantar fasciitis was too big for my foot. It does not fit well and often slips at night, seriously affecting my sleep and relieving the effect of plantar fasciitis.

There are probably better options. The instructions were printed blurry and were unclear. I tried following the directions but it has a lot of stretch and i am not convinced it is doing what it is supposed to do. I am kind of hoping I am wrong about this but i will probably return it =/ material wise it was 'as expected' not great material, but enough to probably last the lifetime of nec. use, probably wont pill too bad and is medium quality hardiness, will survive a wash or two. Ankle/calf support probably needs a wrap at a different part (the ankle?) for stability. It seems loose in a not functioning properly way. EDIT: After using it about 2 days now, I can see why it's loose, it isn't supposed to be an active stretch, but rather to promote a neutral, relaxed position which prevents the muscle from becoming shorter overnight...(not a doctor). Using this and the recommended stretches I have seen a significant change over the last 2 days, and hopefully it will continue to do it. All in all it does do it's job, despite my skepticism and the questionable directions. Honestly it'll work the same if it's right side up or upside down.

Its too long to be tightened just under my calf muscle, but not long enough to go up and above the calf muscle. So it slips down my leg every night.Comfortable enough, but yes, better than nothing.

Good fit and comfortable a little hard to put on with one hand if you've had a stroke and only one hand works. Much lighter and less bulky than other plastic brace models Velcro works well so far

The surface is too rough. It rubbed against my feet, causing blisters, and did not relieve my pain, making my condition worse.
