I had a much bigger cutting tool and wouldn't work where I wanted to cut a pipe against the wall. This tiny tool which can cut a 1 inch pipe do exactly what I need to do.

I was apprehensive whether this would work on my 8 mm soft steel fuel line on my 85 Toyota pick up. I removed the entire fuel line section about 5 feet long and was able to easily cut the end with about 7 or 8 turns. I was then able to flare it properly with a flaring tool. And I was able to reinstall it and have it function correctly

This cutter while it will open to accept 1 1/8" tubing; failed to make an impression on the aluminum tubing I need to cut.The sliding design binds when at that setting. Making it impossible to tighten the screw to move the rollers closer to the cutting blade. The cutter blade barely made an impression on the aluminum tubing I need to cut.This cutter may work just fine on smaller diameter tubing. But smaller tubing is not why it was purchased.

I bought this to cut some copper pipes, which it did without any trouble. The small size was just what I needed to fit in the cramped space. A good price, and it also came with a spare blade.

Quería cortar el tubo de aluminio de un grosor de 1mm aproximadamente y, aunque todos mis amigos me dijeron que era imposible, lo compre. A diferencia de los video, en que cortan en 3 pasadas un tubo, yo me tardé unos 20 y pesados minutos. Cuesta un poco de trabajo y requiere paciencia pero lo logras. Es increíble que puedas hacer esto y a ese precio.

When received I felt I had made a good purchase. The cutter arrived when promised, was well packaged and came with an extra blade as promised. At this point I was very pleased. Next I tried it on a brass tube and the blade seemed to wander and not produce a clean cut. This is not what I wanted. I tried several test cuts. Some were very clean and a few were not. Was it the cutter or the user? I don't know but I haven't had this problem with my other larger cutter.
