Not too complicated to build, love the high back, this works for our porch. Fits 2 people sitting. Haven't used enough to see it it'll be squeaky, but so far so good. Feels sturdy!

Quite the pain to put together. Nothing lines up well. Items had scratches on the metal making me think it had previously been used. It does not glide as easily as other gliders I have had. Even getting this on sale, I'm not happy with the purchase.

1st I ordered the glider bench. Back in October, but I got the chair instead. My fault I didn't look closer when it arrived and just stuck it in the garage till spring.. Unfortunately by the time I realized it was to late to return. I live in the midwest so I didn't put together till last week, found I have a missing piece.. ok called & emailed the manufacturer, they told me I need to work with Amazon. Amazon says nothing they can do but charge me $17 to return it.. I want the Item but I cannot even use it since it's one of the gliders that is missing..

There is nothing to dislike about these chairs in terms of quality. Assembly is a must and with patience can be done reasonably quickly. However, that being said, one needs either reading glasses or a magnifying glass to see the instructions to determine the pieces for each of the 5 assembly steps. They provide a hex key and small wrench. Everything in the parts of bolts, washers and nuts is in a well sealed package. The chair parts should be laid out so the letters of each part are visible to use in step order. The 4 pieces of H aren't well labeled in the instructions, but the photos show when to use them. There is almost a raised attached "washer" that must face inward ( not clearly shown) when attaching them each to the parts indicated. On my first chair assembly, I learned the hard way, and need to undo my work and reattach. The manufacturer assumes that these are easy to read and assemble. Clearer and larger print instructions would be more helpful.The chairs when completely assembled are good solid and heavy weight and should provide us with years of use.

Piece of cake to assemble. The chair arrives in a very sturdy cardboard box. Parts are packed well. Just make sure you have all of the screws, washers,etc. My pack was open slightly but nothing was missing. Also the wrench they supply is almost always useless. I used a socket to hold the nuts while turning the hex wrench. It's a 10mm. Anyway opening the box I could see that there were parts for the frame, the arms, seat and pivots. There are literally 5 steps to the instructions. I put this together in about 30 minutes tops while having my coffee this morning. I ended up putting one piece in the wrong location only because I didn't pay attention to the instructions and just assumed it went where I put it. Other than that assembly was a breeze. Unless you can't follow directions or read a schematic you shouldn't have any trouble with the assembly. The chair is solid, comfortable and the gliding action is smooth. And the fabric almost matches my existing patio furniture. Will be a nice addition.
