Arrived with the wrong rubber grommet for my 43 GPW .. but a little mod with rubber cable grommet from my stash and with a new coil (the recommended one) .. Jeeps starts better and runs very nice ..

Was for an old prestolite ditributor, came with wrong magnet assembly, called pertronix and they supplied the correct part very rapidly!

I put this on my 1943 Willys jeep and it runs way better and smoother. My jeep is correct and I do need to hide the modern wiring and then his modification is not noticed. I got good service from Pertronix as they had to send me the correct grommet as the one included would not work. I also have a Pertronix on my 1957 Chevy and it too works well. It's nice not to have to mess with the points and getting the gap right. I had to match it up with the distributor make and model because the first one I ordered was incorrect. The product is well made and easy to install. So far it's very reliable.
