This threadlocker is non-corrosive and is removable with hand tools for easy disassembly. Conforms to ASTM D 5363 AN0311 (Mil-S-46163A, Type II, Grade M). Applied as a liquid or gel, threadlockers are superior to conventional lock washers, nylon inserts, and other mechanical devices because they secure the entire fastener assembly against loosening from shock and vibration by filling the space between threaded metal parts, curing to form a tough, adhesive bond and seal. They also seal the threads against leakage, preventing rust and corrosion.

I like this low strength thread locker for electronics work. Bought this tube as I was out and needed some to assemble the tweeters in some vintage Sound Dynamics speakers I was rebuilding. I always stick with Permatex products for thread locker of any strength.

this is far too runny. you will waste what little there is by just touching the receptacle. Should be a thicker consistency to control flow.

Hi all. I have a Dive Computer Watch. I purchased this to use on the screws that hold the bands to the computer housing. Earlier this year I had one fall out. Had to purchase a replacement strap to get the hardware. Dive Computers are not cheap. Losing one can be a Safety Issue. Cheap Insurance.
