This insole has firm support for high arches. I put them inside a pair of ‘ugg-style’ boots that had no support built in, they do the job.Only con as far as I am concerned, is the rest of the insole could be padded more for comfort.These will be washed when needed, they are keeping my arches supported so I do not experience knee or back pain, and are, so far, what I needed.

I've bought competing/name brands for a whole lot more and these are plenty heavy/supportive. If you have shoes that seem narrow they may not work. I don't think you could cut the width down to size. You might be able to trim the lenght if you had to

I have been wearing them for just a couple of days, but so far they are great. Lots of support, the height is just right. I was a little worried as I have been wearing orthotics from my chiropractor but these are just as good! They slipped right in my shoes and do not slide around. I am very pleased.

They fit in my boots and I can feel the arch supports that have been keeping my feet from hurting as bad as they normally do walking on concrete all day

these arch support works well, I am very flat footed and I get plantar warts on my feet because of the rubbing from my flat feet and these just take the pressure off of all that I would definitely recommend them and they're not that expensive

I like these for short days. They are great for at work. I wore them on a trip to England and it caused foot fatigue in the foot that has plantar fasciitis. I was looking for something that would be great for extra long days on my feet and these were not it.

These insoles are great! I ordered the Women’s size 8-8.5. They fit true to size and I didn’t have to trim them at all.They are very supportive. Much thicker than I was expecting. I’ve never seen insoles with this kind of support built into them before.They feel great! I put them into a pair of running shoes that I wear frequently for waking and they are very comfortable and supportive for my feet!Excellent product! Exactly what I was hoping for!
