(Results based on a third-party study of 34 NCAA athletes vs. stock foam insoles; individual results may vary.)
  • Suitable For Non-Cleated Shoes: Compatible with all non-cleated athletic footwear, VKTRY Insoles are designed to promote energy return, responsive cushioning, and stability during dynamic movements like running, jumping, court sports, and landing. • VKTRY Insoles are designed to be highly personalized based on age, body weight, and sport. Gold VKs come in 5 levels of flexibility because a bigger athlete needs more spring action than a smaller athlete

  • Yes, to have the space needed for the VKs and your feet to fit comfortably inside your shoes, we recommend you remove the factory insoles from the shoes.

  • Yes, 3 - 5 light 30-minute training sessions on or off the court are recommended until there's no discomfort and you get used to the insoles. See our insert in the box for full break-in instructions

  • We usually recommend going down. Weight level is a big factor in determining baseplate flexibility. While a higher Pro Level may provide more spring, it’s important that you are able to comfortably flex your feet for the insoles to be effective.

  • No, please do NOT attempt to trim the VKTRY Insoles. Carbon fiber is not meant to be trimmed. Our products are designed to fit by shoe size with no alterations.

I currently run in Hoka Bondis size 9, so I purchased the W9-9.5 insoles and they fit perfectly. I've had them since November and once I broke them in, it felt like I was running / walking on a cloud. I can't stop wearing them! They are a very stable and durable product that make me excited to be active. Also, as a runner, I have experienced plenty of knee pain in my day and these inserts completely eliminate that feeling. I recommend Vktry insoles to everybody now!

My son has been playing in these for two months and he swears by them. While most sneakers have flimsy basic insoles, VKTRY are well built and support his arch as well as providing the volume in spots he needs. He also states that he feels more energy returned when he pushes off when running and jumping. Overall very satisfied with quality and purchase.

These are very durable and solid inserts. Fits well, true to size. Keep in mind they are made of carbon fiber and a little bit of rubber. No trimming ot folding. There is plenty of support, in no way shape or fashion have any cushion. It will be a hard surface on the bottom of your foot. They are ok, but would never buy them again. Of course these will last forever, but I don't need them at this point. I seriously thought it would help support recovery times and alleviate other issues from training/running. Only made things worse.

Ok, I know these are a bit pricey, but they really have helped my son with foot aches and strains. Like most boys who play sports, there are a lot of foot issues that need to be addressed. These insoles have reduced his Seavers pain and help to support his arches. He says he feels like they help him jump a little higher as the carbon fiber base does have a bit of spring went flexed.

See update at bottom......I used it for light exercises for 3 days, just slow running. I felt that all the impact was bouncing back to my feet. The balls of my feet starting to hurt, I feel like I'm running on a hard plate. I did not feel any "spring action" as it described. The arch and heel has some cushioning but not as good as my other insole. Most importantly, there is no help on my jumping at all. I honestly does not feel any "Spring action" or any feeling that it helps me to jump higher. Even if it help me to jump 1' inch higher, it hurts the balls of my feet, for $120 insole, I expected excellence. I have to return it.I cancelled the return since after 1.5 weeks of breaking it in, I felt the bounce and I knew I jumped 1-2 inches higher. I started blocking hits in volleyball against the same few friends that used to hit on top of my block but now I'm touching their hits at bottom of my fingers. It helps the defense and some time actually blocked the hits. The insole is more flexible now and the middle part is softer. At 61 years old with both knees have torn meniscus, there are not much jumping exercises I can do as young ppl to gain leaping ability. I worked on what I can for 8 months on the legs, no gain at all. Paid $130 and get 1-2 inches, now I can block and spike better, why not?

After suddenly receiving dozens of targeted ads on social media touting the almost magical abilities of the VKTRY carbon fiber insole to improve a vertical jump for sports such as basketball and volleyball, I thought I would try them. It was a minor disaster. The carbon fiber insole did not produce the "explosiveness" as advertised all over the website and packaging. Instead, the lack of cushioning and hardness led to tendonitis after just an hour of use. I was *not* going to write a review initially, but after contacting the sales team to ask how to return the product under the advertised return warranty, I was subjected to a multi-email gaslighting insisting there was nothing wrong with the product. The core argument was that the product works, and if I developed tendonitis, I must have used it incorrectly, or purchased the wrong ones. Now, I will say, I am a fairly thorough person in life. Despite looking for details on how to select the correct insole for my sports of choice, I saw nothing specifying that some had better cushioning for jumping. Also, nothing in the ads or the website or the product packaging discussed any contact with a support staff member pre-purchase to determine the best product fit.Rather than spend 30 minutes drafting various emails trying to shift blame on to each individual customer simply seeking to return an item that caused an injury, the company should fix its product, improve its website, use less generic marketing verbiage and be more precise, and redesign its social media campaign.

I bought these for my daughter who is 12 and plays volleyball on both a club team and her school team. She was having issues with her ankles from playing so much. She said they feel really good, comfortable, they fit well in her shoes, and that she feels taller like she’s standing up straighter. I have to believe they’re giving her more stability by watching her move. They have a higher arch support than anything else she’s ever worn. They felt like a good quality, durable, long lasting arch support. She’s only been in them for a couple of weeks but so far she loves them!Update: just bought a second pair in a larger size for her next size up in shoes. She still loves them and asked to keep getting them!
