!!!DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I bought insoles from this company years ago because I was impressed by their durability and comfort. I bought them again recently, but they changed the material. They added some HORRIBLE SCENTED PERFUME to them! I tried washing it out, I washed them FIVE TIMES! I tried two different detergents and even baking soda to get the HORRIBLE SMELL out, and on the fifth try the insoles split and broke with the perfume scent still strong on them. I already threw the package out, so I wasn't able to get my money back. I had to throw them in the garbage. This company is criminal, and that perfume scent is a hazard to the enviroment and to everyone's health! ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wasn't even able to try them on, they smelled so horrible!

I walk a ton, and my Adidas were getting worn down inside, these inserts gave me renewed arch support and padding and was way worth the money, I plan on buying more.

My cat's destroyed the inserts of my shoes, so I needed to replace them. These fit my shoes just right so I didn't need to trim at all. Good cushion. I did find that the arch is really towards the inside side of my feet though, which maybe that's normal for arch support insoles, I really don't know. I have a tendency to walk on the outer edges of my feet already, so for me these aren't going to work very well.
