Although this product appears to be well made it is not quite what I expected from the Amazon advertisement. It is too narrow (the ad said it was wide) and I constantly have the sensation that I am going to "roll" my ankle as my foot attempts to slide off to the side. It should be made wider and taper up to a shoulder on the edges, so as to keep the foot centered

The Dr.Foot height increase insoles are comfortable and provide a slight lift as advertised. However, they don’t stick well in the shoe, causing them to slide around during use. Good for short-term wear, but could use better adhesive for stability.

I got these after i had hip surgery, one leg is now longer/shorter and it was causing my back to hurt. and didn't want to have to go to the doc to get really expensive inserts. I tried these and with in a day or two, I could tell the difference, so now I have several of them, I have been getting an extra pair every month on subscribe and save so that I can have one for every shoe and not have to constantly change them. If the sticky gets weak I just rinse it off in water and when it dries it is sticky again so that it stays put in the shoe. Now I have enough for every shoe for less than the price of one at the doctors office. and they are soft and comfortable. win win! I would recommend them to anyone that needs to even out to save you from the back pain! and as you can see in the pictures it works in nearly every shoe from slippers to dress to sneakers etc...

pros: fits perfectly in my shoes. significantly decreases pain from Achilles tendonitis (for me -talk to your doctor about your pain first)cons: sometimes, while working (I walk 10-20 miles every day for work) the inserts will slip from the heel to the arch of the foot. with proper adjustments and use of a dehumidifying agent like foot powder, it happens less often.There is a slight height increase. Overall, this set of pads is a great value. there's very little break-in time and they last for about a year with extremely heavy use (pun intended - I'm a large fellow)This is my second purchase and I couldn't be happier.

The quality of the gel material looks nice. Interesting design with all the beans inside. I bought it only because the AD says it is 0.6 inch in thickness, which is what is needed for a person with one leg shorter than the other. BUT, 0.6 inch is definitely not 0.6'', it is actually 0.5''. This product is absolutely over-priced for what it is. My overall conclusion: not worth buying at all.And, here are some lessons I learnt:Your body weight will certainly squash it down to almost nothing for 0.6'', yes, even for a skinny person with regular body shape. So, my calculation is: if you actually need 0.6'' in thickness, buy the 1 inch ones. When you actually use it inside your shoes, it will go down to about 0.5 to 0.6 inch in thickness.
