The insoles fit perfectly once i trimmed them to fit my shoes. They are very comfortable and are holding my injured plantar fasciatis together quite well. I play tennis everyday with ome in my shoe.

Great insoles! As someone who works on his feet and walks 12+ hours 5-6 days a week, it is a relief that there are insoles that work wonders and provide longterm relief. I recommend these to anyone who fits that same mold. Extra cushiony and extra comforting. A definite much needed upgrade to my boots.

I have overpronation and I had these insoles in my shoes all day. I started out with my need and ankles hurting but by the days end the pain was a great deal less. And with a high arch, the support is very good. These insoles are well worth the money.

It didn't really support that much for the arch by any means and it did not feel like it would support the weight it claims to but there otherwise okay and lasted for a fair amount of time

My foot doctor recommended arch support and athletic shoe the next phase of my surgery recovery. However, it was a bit too thick fit inside any of my typical shoes leaving me to either continue with the big bulky boot or purchase bigger shoes. But then I had a great idea to use a surgical shoe and use it there. It worked like a charm! Very comfortable and eased the pain!

Granted, these replaced insoles that had holes worn through them in my steel toe boots, BUT they made a serious immediate improvement in my plantar pain.
