Arch support high and firm which is what I want. It sacked just a bit with use but worked well to help with flat feet and over pronation.

These inserts are great. I trimmed them to fit and they are comfortable. IIke them so much, I just ordered a second pair. They are a great value at $10 per pair.

Have put these in all my shoes and they have really helped, allowing me to get back to a comfortable and almost normal walking gait. Used to get hip/back pain after walking for a short while, but not any more. And they really help with my movement on the Ol Pickleball Courts.. On my recent order I received a box that apparently was returned by a previous purchaser and the insoles were cut and unusable but Amazon allowed me to return for a replacement pair at no charge...

As someone who has had six complete foot reconstructive surgeries, I am used to struggling to find shoes and inserts that work for me. My custom orthotics were not cheep so I grabbed a pair of these for when my shoes might get wet. For the price, these inserts are fantastic. I can tell they help with my over-pronation and overall stability. I usually have to spend a lot of money on specific shoe brands such as ASICS to even get through the day, yet I’ve been able to put these inserts in cheep shoes and still be able to walk after several hours on my feet.

Fits my shoes 13wide shoe fine and the pain has gone down a lot but they are not wide enough where it counts nor do they feel like its a gel pad. I ordered a wide fit but the arch support doesn't seem like its a 'wide'. My foot feels like its sitting on the edge of the support instead of being cradled by it. Maybe wide isn't wide enough for my flat feet?

I've been ordering and using a similar product for years because I have very flat feet. That product prevents aching feet and ankle pain. Over time and I guess due to popularity, the price for those has slowly crept up to over $20/pair--that's ridiculous, especially since these types of insoles will eventually wear out/collapse. I looked at competing products and settled on this one as it has a similarly high arch and at a much more reasonable expense. Purchased a sample pair and after using for four days, these are just as good. Positive is that they slip in and out more easily than my original choice; minor con is that the arch is made of more firm material so it took about a day of getting used to that. But now I am again walking in full comfort and my feet feel fine at the end of the day, even one like yesterday where I walked several miles. I will be purchasing more of these insoles very soon.

Let me start with the worst aspect of these insoles. They are LOUD, like, very loud. I needed to buy new insoles due to my old ones that came with my shoes giving oit on me, so I bought these. Within my first day using them, I immediately noticed they make a loud squeaking sound with each step you take. My coworkers were quick to call me "Squidward" for sounding the way he walks. This is due to the gel bottom that the insoles have on the key points you step on with your heel. The sound became so loud and inbearable to me that I bought different ones that don't make a sound.With that out of the way, I have to say these are without a doubt the most comfortable insoles I've ever used. I was able to run in them and walk all day without any issues, and they still held up perfectly well. The arch support on them are amazing, and their durability feels unmatched to me so far.If they weren't so comfortable, the noise would have me rate them a flat 1 star. However, if you're in an environment that the noise wouldn't be a deal breaker or simply don't care about that (or don't mind using talc powder to minimize the noise), I couldn't recommend a better product.
