I've used it for a good bit in my shoes for work and, I'm glad to say my feet bearly hurt while at work they are comfortable I didn't need to cut them to fit my shoe size, I just put them in and that's about it.

Feels like I'm walking on the clouds with Jesus. They are not hard or uncomfortable like others have been saying in the reviews. They are soft but not soft like others that just fall apart in a month like my last ones and they are with it for the price because one pair of shoes is double the price but doesnt have 4d insoles like these I'm happy. I made my old shoes new again. Thank you

I bought these because I wear non slip shoes at work for 9 hours a day. My feet hurt when I get off work. Though these might help give me more comfort. Boy was I wrong. An hour into my shift I couldn’t even walk any more. I kept them on thinking I just needed to break them in. At the end of my shift I just took them out so I could walk to my car. Kept them in for a week, but the pain just got worse every day. It was like walking on rocks. They have bumps that I guess are to massage your feet. They don’t do that. I just tossed them in the trash. Would not recommend them to anyone.

First. The size I ordered fits perfectly in a Nike Vomero 5 men’s 9.5 US. No need to cut.These look to be the dupes of the cloud foams that have been “plaguing” me through my social feeds. The price here was right to test.And these passed with flying colors. I had a long night out pounding pavement at the parks (Universal Studios, Halloween Horror Nights), got 13,000+ steps in and these made a difference (compared to an earlier night out, same comfortable Vomero 5 runners without the inserts).I surprisingly had a boost of energy at end of night to get me down the backstretch of walking to the parking lot from the exit gates. I had standard body aches from a long night walking and being 50, but having these insoles in made it less painful and sustained energy all night without moments of pure pain.I highly recommend these and I plan on getting more, as I’ll be at a conference in Vegas and you know how those days can go with a lot of walking.No need to break in was a huge bonus too. Inserted in sneakers, and went after the day bonus that they fit perfectly in my shoes without a need to adapt/cut.
