This product works pretty good to keep the wind from blowing the umbrella away.We still had to put pavers on top of this, the wind gusts are pretty strong here.

Easy set up. Filled with water. Be sure to tighten cap after filling with water as it can slowly leak out. The hooks to attach the four plates are flimsy and come out easily in strong wind. Then the plates slide away from the umbrella and it falls. Suggest using lots of duct tape to hold it all together.

The instructions are simple: Fill with water or sand, position your umbrella base (not included) and place each of the four pieces between the legs of the stand. Use the connectors to keep each section in place.Sturdy and heavy enough for the 10' umbrella we purchased separately.

I used sand to place inside the containers, it took a while, yet it's worth it. It's very sturdy and it was easy to put together.

I love how easy it was to fill and place down in the groves of the umbrella stand. It's in place and it's heavy enough to hold the umbrella! Great idea!

We bought a very large offset umbrella and needed a good base. It is large so you will need a good sized space. It has not had our umbrella flip yet and we get a ton of wind in our backyard. It has held up well. The holes line up perfect for the metal prongs that hold the pieces together. It has been well worth the money not to have our umbrella damaged. It has held up well so far and served it's purpose.
