Not heavy enough. Had to put weights on it to hold down our patio umbrella.

Good sturdy base for my 8 foot umbrella. Heavy enough to withstand some decent wind. Also very easy to put together.

An umbrella stand that’s sturdy and fits under my outdoor poolside table. After attempting three other bases and sending them back, this one is a keeper.

I appreciate the protective coating that covers the cement base. In addition to providing protection it has a nice appearance. Because of the design of the patio table we had a size constraint and this was not only the perfect size it was heavier than others we researched. I was happy it was 30 pounds. Also, the packaging provided ample protection during shipping and it arrived I damaged. I would order again.

Fit and finish were excellent.

This works so well because of the longer pole. We needed stability on a lake with a lot of wind. We used it under a small Polywood table with 4 chairs. We weren't sure it would fit because of the structure under the table, but it does!

I purchased a 3 lantern pole lantern that had a base that was made to attach to concrete. I wasn't messing up my patio, so purchased 2 of these prefilled stands.Pros: heavy enough, perfect design, looks good when finshed.Cons: first one had hardened dry cement (at least that is what it seemed like) in it. Tough to drill, but stable. Second one has still wet cement in it. Was able to put the anchors in, but cannot put pole base on until it hardens or everything will just come out. Second one was heavier, due to water content.I tried just putting the pole in the stand first, but while fine for an umbrella, not quite right for what I wanted.Would be five stars if not for wet cement. Had I put an umbrella out on that on a windy day, it would not have held up. Company should mark dates and make sure to send out bases that should have cured/dried, so one star off for that. I now have a stand and lanterns that just have to sit for several days which is frustrating.
