Just what I was looking for - a solid umbrella foundation with an excellent pole base section and adjustment knob to eliminate any pole rotation, etc. Good overall weight without being too onerous to handle/move and no need to mess with water or sand fill procedures. Base material seems unaffected by rain or heat, but time will tell. Very reasonable price so you don't feel like you're locked in to a lifelong commitment. No reservations here.

This is a good, stable umbrella base. I filled it with water and it didn’t move. I picked this one because it was all plastic and wouldn’t leave rust marks on my pool deck. But it’s not all plastic. There is metal on the bottom of the base and now I have rust marks.

Needed a new free standing umbrella stand. This one works really well and is very sturdy. The umbrella fits into it tightly and stays stable even in windy conditions.

This is a simple and straightforward umbrella base. It is easy to transport when it's empty and easy to fill up with water to give it weight. Better than expected - It includes three nested collars to fit the umbrella pole snuggly. Just remove the ones that are too small.We went through a gusty windstorm and, although I wouldn't recommend leaving the umbrellas up, the base held the umbrella just fine.
