Did exactly what I wanted. My new PC audio feeding my powered speakers through a Raritan KVM was very noisy. It wasn't "hissy" or "hummy", it sounded "scratchy" with the scatchy noise changing erratically in pitch. 5 years ago I would've said it was RF noise induced from the hard drive but this computer uses only M.2 for storage. In any case, the audio is now clear with no interference.

Waiste of time to wire waiste of money to buy!! I just grounded all my RCA's with a piece of wire and all my feedback was gone!! These noise filters did absolutely nothing!! But a simple piece of wire was able to do what these ground poop isolators could not! Poor quality

I had high hopes. There was not noticeable change in audio quality. I was running a Microsoft Surface (first edition) in a car that was using a 200w power inverter for a trip. I tried the noise filter in the audio jack, and in a USB-to-3.5mm converter. We then tried a 400w inverter. There was no change. The static did not go away and I couldn't tell that it was even reduced. The noise filter will be returned.

Worked exactly as stated. Makes using my cell phone for music or audio books in the car workable now. Removed the static hum from the aux line. Highly recommend it.

TL;DR - Kills the noise, happy about my purchase.Made my own AUX input in my vehicle by tapping into the XM 'Radio ID' channel. Now I can tune to the XM radio ID channel on the factory radio and have tunes from the audio device of my choice and there is no engine noise.My first attempt doing this was successful but even though I had grounded the connection to the vehicle chassis I could still here the engine whine and it became unbearable when I plugged in power to the audio player. This Noise Filter eliminated the noise entirely regardless of the device being on power from the cigarette lighter or on not.

Just what I needed. Had interference from the dc cigarette lighter plug in my car. Took all of the noise out. Works great!
