Once I figured out how to out it on it works very well. The tape is breathable and doesn't irritate my skin, which was great for comfort throughout the day.

Good tape that stays in place well. I really like the wide selection of colors. Makes injuries feel tolerable to the point I forget I have them. This long tape is good to cut or good to use as already long pre-cut strips for calves or shins or somewhere like that. Overall nice tape and no complaints.

Pretty good tape. It has a high level of stickiness, so you know it's not going to fall off. It's simple to put on and I've found it offers a decent amount of support, but nothing like a brace. I think a lot of people who act like it's replacing a brace are kidding themselves... regardless, it's certainly more convenient.You get a fair amount for the price. Pick a color you like because unless it's under clothing, everyone is going to see it right away, as it's pretty bright.It's a decent product overall, but it doesn't really bring anything new to the table.

I broke my wrist skating. This tape gives me such peace with great support and mobility at the same time, I’m so glad I found thi and especially pink!Nobody talks about how to take it off. The best way is to soak in hot water for a minute, and slowly peel. Don’t force it. This way, it won’t leave no residue.

I'm a PT and somewhat picky about my tape. I am so impressed by this brand! The adhesion is excellent if you use the proper friction methods to activate the glue. I love the length of the pre-cut strips as well. I used this tape for my thumb pain and had excellent relief and support of that joint. I left it on for a day and it held up well. It would definitely last much longer, I just needed to wash dishes and needed to take it off for hygiene's sake.This tape is definitely one I'd recommend to my clients for home use.

This Kinesiology tape works ok. It sticks well and does not fray and peel at the edges. Removing is simple and doesnt leave any sticky residue. This tape does flex more than some others I use so does not provide as much support and protection as I would expect, thus I have needed to put two strips next to each other to get the same level of support as another brand in similar width.

The tape provides a great amount of support and is better than reusable braces in some cases. I had a motorcycle accident a while back and hurt my knee. When it rains or I do a lot of activity, the old injury starts to act up a lot. When I am at work, I wear tight fitting clothes and can fit this tape underneath them. I love that this roll has precut strips that you can just tear off and put in a bag or first aid kit, so you don’t need to take the entire roll with you wherever you go. I unrolled the entire roll and there are 20 strips total. From what I can tell, the sticky seems good quality, and I could see these lasting a couple days at least depending on what you do. I personally got the beige color, and I’d say it’s a bit darker than the item photo, but not by too much. If you need to cut them for any reason just keep the backing on it and they’ll cut easily. There is a slight glue smell to them from the sticky, but I can only smell it when I put my nose up close. Once it’s on and worn for a bit the smell goes away
