This tape works well for support and stays in place during workouts. It’s easy to apply and feels comfortable on my skin. The adhesive holds up, but it starts to loosen after a day.

This tape is great for extra support & relief! I live a very active lifestyle consisting of strength training 3 times a week and bouldering 3 times a week. I often have small aches & pains especially in my shoulders & forearms.This product has been extremely helpful in giving my body the extra support it needs. Highly recommend.

This kinesiology tape is pretty good at providing support while exercising.As with all K-tape, It does need to be applied correctly the first time. It will lose its stickiness every time you reapply it.The four color package is a nice feature, allowing you to mix and match as the mood suits you.My only complaint is that it seems to be slightly less sticky than other I have tried, but nothing to be concerned about. In fact, it makes it slightly less painful to remove after a workout.

Adhesive could be a bit better especially if you are new to using KT tape which could take a few tries. Otherwise, once you get it on right there is good elastic and support. The various colors are nice so it doesn't feel like you are bandaged all over. I would use these for recovery rather than active movement.

This kinesiology tape has been a huge help in managing muscle pain in my legs. It sticks well, even through workouts and showers, and provides just the right amount of support without feeling too restrictive. The elasticity allows for natural movement while still giving my muscles the stability they need. I’ve tried other tapes before, but this one holds up better and doesn’t start peeling off after a couple of hours.The material is comfortable on my skin and doesn’t cause irritation, which is a big plus since I use it regularly. Having four rolls means I don’t have to worry about running out anytime soon. Whether it’s for workouts, recovery, or just daily use, this tape does exactly what it’s supposed to do and does it well.

This kinesiology tape does a decent job of holding to the body and providing support while doing strenous movements or during recovery. It does need to be applied correctly the first time, much like any other kinesiology tape, as it will lose stickyness each time it reapplied. It comes in a four pack with 4 different colors so it can be used to match team colors or outfits. The color tested was beige, and it stayed stuck on my forearm after a 5 minute shower with soap and water contact.
