I like the Un-Cut KT tape much better than the Pre-Cut. When I was ordering the Pre-Cut, I ended up cutting off 1/4 of the piece...I just didn't need it. I then tried the Un-Cut and was surprised at how much longer my tape lasted compared to before. This is excellent tape. It sticks until I take it off as long as I don't have cream on my skin. If I have cream, I need to wipe my shoulder where I use the tape before I apply. Otherwise, it will slightly peal at the edges. It makes all the difference in the world in the way my shoulders feel. I need the support and this definitely helps.

I liked that it is a thin tape and can easily worn under socks. It is rather sticky so you want to make sure to leave some paper on the ends to apply it, ( like a band aid). I also found the smell a bit off putting. I was using it to provide support for plantar fasciitis and kept it on for 48 hours on both feet, including during a 4-mile walk the second day. However, I have since learned that keeping the plantar fascia in a stretched or static position, which I was doing with this tape, may not be helpful for this condition, according to Dr Angela. (short, active stretches are better for long term cure). It felt okay the first day but did not seem to make any difference the second.

Have ordered this KT Tape several times with excellent adhesion.This roll started fine - But a third of the way thru the roll adhesion is not consistent.I can’t finish a session of PickleBall without the tape releasing from my skin.I need to utilize this cotton tape as the synthetic tape irritates my skin.

Since I had a stroke I've been having issues with my right arm supination and fingers being curled up but this has been helping me tremendously, and I'm planning to use it on other problematic areas, just one thing before you purchase this product, find out if you're allergic to any of the chemicals they use on the adhesive or if you have very sensitive skin, you can get a bad rash. It's great quality, comes in different colors, does what it promise, you might need help applying it. I'm regaining functionality of my arm and fingers thanks to this tape.
