I wouldn't buy this product if I were you, lots of better options for the same price. it does not stick to your skin & is not functional. very low quality.

I use this as mouth tape to sleep at night. Ha! I cut it into tiny strips - so much cheaper than the precut mouth tape strips I was using before! Works great. Leaves minimal residue that I can rub off easily on the few occasions it does. Easy to use. Comfortable. I’ve had no reaction to the glues with my sensitivities. Will buy again!

Got this for husband. He can’t believe how KT helps his arm pain. He noted that this tape to his hair a lot more than the pink KTP used before.

I can feel the difference if I don't wear the tape for a couple days. It really does help. I do struggle with getting all the "glue" off my arm. I found that if I put a tiny bit of aloe gel on my arm, really rub it in and then wait for it to dry before putting the tape on, it's much easier on my skin when I remove the tape.

It sticks to your skin great, lasts for several days, but getting it off is a painful ordeal. It also leaves behind a lot of sticky residue that's difficult to remove.

Ordered for my daughter who is an athlete and a cheerleader. She sometimes has pains in her knees and is also a base in cheer so she has pains in her hands and shoulders. We tape her up with this tape and it works magic. The rolls last for awhile. I'm on our last roll. This is a good brand and will be buying again.
