How to use
Remove tips:
Apply body lotion (olive oil) to the surface of the kinesiology tape and wait a few minutes or apply a hot towel for a few minutes, gently press the skin with one hand, and slowly tear off the tape in the direction of the hair with the other hand.

I was needing some kinetic tape to use for my torn meniscus. I had no idea what I was needing but tried to look for the most reasonable, so if I didn’t like it I wouldn’t waste money. I was actually very surprised at how well this works. Last at least 3 to 4 days. Of course if you’re out in water like swimming, it might not stay on that long

I’m sorry for the people who have had problems with this particular product. I used it for one day and had to throw it away due to allergic reaction to the adhesive. It has been 2 years and I still have a scar

I've used other tapes that are name brand and this one doesn't really seem that different. It does fray very quickly so I have to reapply it often. It does leave a bunch of residue behind.And you have to be careful taking it off because if you rip it off a can tear off the top layer of skin. I unfortunately did so once because I assumed it would be like a Band-Aid and would be better ripped off quickly. But then I had a small area where the skin had been tore off. This was frustrating because I need my knees taped 24/7 for pain control and I had to find a way to tape around that area while I waited for it to heal. On my knees, it can last quite a while. Because I can wash around the tape without rubbing on it. However, using it for my hands and wrists, it rubs off the 1st day. I can maybe make it last 2 days before having to tape again which in itself is very annoying but you do what you have to do. Name brand tape is extremely expensive for the amount that you get, especially if you buy precut strips. I've been using this tape daily for about the last 6 mos and it has helped immensely with my pain levels. I still haven't gone through one box yet and I need this tape to function, without it my pain is through the roof. So even though it has its downfalls, it's definitely worth the money because there's no way I could afford name brand tape with the amount and frequency I have to use. If you don't need to use it very often and you have more money to spend, it might be worth it to buy KT tape or another name brand but if you need to use it often and don't have tons of money to spend on it, this is definitely worth the $.

I highly recommend this. I have not used KT tape before, but I had a lot of knee pain and watched a few videos and ordered this tape. It took me a few tries to get it on right and sticking at first, but once I figured it out, I can put it on my knee and can actually walk up and down the stairs again with almost no pain! I also wrap my ankle I sprained multiple times and it gives great support without cutting off the circulation like those elastic things do. I have not tried other brands, but this seems like a very good tape. It adheres very well and I can leave it on for several days and it stays on even after getting it wet and taking showers and it does not hurt my skin when I take it off. Good value for the money and will order again.

THIS SHOULD ONLY BE USED ON YOUR THICKER SKIN AREAS. I, of course ( knowing 🤪) put it on BOTH sides of lower neck on down traps Ect. It does not come off in the shower! My neck was not happy. Skin irritation after a day and a half. I took it off too forcefully and you can figure it out. A bit of rash and skin missing. I KNOW BETTER.The tape is great in the right places. I do have to be careful with different adhesives. I am sensitive, but this was my own fault

Maybe it's because I used a different brand first but this does not feel like it's not sticky. It doesn't last very long and peels up way too easy for me. I end up using twice as much tape at least... Still helps but not as great as the one I tried before this..
