I'm going through shoulder physical therapy for my shoulder after a fall. My physical therapist taped my upper arm/shoulder, and it helped. I bought this tape and it worked. Activities that brought pain before bring less now. The tape lasts 4-5 days before starting to curl around the edges, even through showers.

I injured my lateral sesamoid and was in extreme pain from walking. My doctor suggested taping it for support to help with the pain. After doing my research I found this tape and it's been a life saver! Using the correct taping method with this tape takes just enough pressure of the bone to where I'm able to walk with minimal pain on my foot. It's stretchy enough to allow my foot to move, but tough enough to keep it from over extending.The only complaint I have is that I have to do 2 layers for the correct support that my doctor wants, and the 2nd layer doesn't always stick as well.
